Jacinta is a fabulously engaging facilitator! I had the pleasure of meeting Jacinta at a recent conference and even though she had the worst time slot on the agenda (end of day!), she absolutely shone! A room full of tired attendees were roused out of their chairs and enthusiastically chatting and laughing within minutes. In short, Jacinta's warmth and authenticity makes her someone you want to be around as much as you can. As I said on the day, I want to be more like Jacinta!
