Jacinta facilitated an on line strategic planning weekend for our Board to review and set our overarching strategy, review organisation vision and values and assess our present and future capability and agility in this challenging economic, political and social environment. The planning for workshops was thorough, no moments wasted, peppered with a good amount of respectful challenging and opportunity to relax, share information and have some fun. I cannot recommend Jacinta highly enough. I'm involved in at least 6-8 strategy and planning sessions per year and this was the most productive and by far the most engaging. I would highly recommend engaging Jacinta.
