Jacinta is doing an incredible thing with her walkshops. Being able to read people is a very precious gift and Jacinta showed us how taking photos can help us facilitate better. Our facilitation and observation skills are an important component in developing successful collaboration in the humanitarian sector. I will use Jacinta’s process to build our capability.
