I was a participant in a workshop on urban planning in the ACT that Jacinta facilitated. She was an effective and entertaining facilitator and coordinated the group extremely well, keeping to time and also providing space for more introverted participants to contribute. I would fully recommend her as a facilitator for any public consultation workshops.
