Jacinta was the perfect fit for us. We were trying something out of the ordinary in terms of community engagement and she brought the creative approach we needed. From the start she ‘got’ our world. She was able to convey complex planning concepts in a simple, pictorial way. She's an incredible facilitator. Authentic, energetic, compassionate and completely honest with participants. Feedback from participants was great, she made everyone feel heard and included and was able to balance the various viewpoints of everyone in the room.
