Jacinta guided us through a fast-paced, interactive walkshop that really dug deep. I loved the prep she gave us before hand, her vibrant, heart-felt facilitation style and her use of graphic tools. We got stuck right into the work, straight away. The only thing I wanted was more! Ka mau te wehi – Fantastic.
Just hopped off Jacinta's "Introduction to Facilitography Workshop" on zoom. The session was short, sharp and fun yet full of insights for any workplace. If you haven't heard of Facilitography or been on one of Jacinta's walkshops - do yourself a favour and signup. You'll see the world differently, and come away with your imagination sparking with creative ways to engage communities and stakeholders.
Jacinta delivered a highly engaging session to our new Councillor team. They left with a practical toolkit full of tips and tricks that they will use to lead and participate in committee and community meetings, community engagement and feedback sessions over the next 4 years. I highly recommend Jacinta.
I loved Jacinta’s energising and practical session about online meetings and workshops. Awesome tips that made a difference immediately. My goal from here is to consistently create online sessions that leave everyone refreshed. If you want to make the very most out of work from anywhere and to skill up in this area then schedule a session and shake up boring or static meetings.
Jacinta is approachable and professional. She was fantastic in helping me adjust to a different phase in my work life. Jacinta helped me identify strengths that I had and to be comfortable to step out in my own individual style and passions. She shared her knowledge and experience generously. As I have implemented this it has built up my confidence and energy at work. Sincere thanks to Jacinta!
I've had a very rewarding coaching conversation with Jacinta at the Never Done Before facilitation festival on how to bring more of the physical into the digital. She is super talented and I felt that I multiplied the number of experiences, ideas and practical solutions with my own through an intense and playful hour together with her.
Strategic planning can be tricky at the best of times but Jacinta made our first virtual planning days productive and energising. She guided us through the big pieces of work, utilised easy to use online tools and created plenty of space and time for everyone to contribute. I can strongly recommend Jacinta.
Jacinta facilitated an on line strategic planning weekend for our Board to review and set our overarching strategy, review organisation vision and values and assess our present and future capability and agility in this challenging economic, political and social environment. The planning for workshops was thorough, no moments wasted, peppered with a good amount of respectful challenging and opportunity to relax, share information and have some fun. I cannot recommend Jacinta highly enough. I'm involved in at least 6-8 strategy and planning sessions per year and this was the most productive and by far the most engaging. I would highly recommend engaging Jacinta.
Jacinta's facilitation is exemplar. Jacinta provided an engaging, professional and highly productive forum for our team.
Jacinta's new book Hum is a must have for anyone looking to improve engagement in their online meetings. It combines humour and practicality in a unique and entertaining manner. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this succinct and fun book!
Jacinta is an excellent facilitator, collaborator and visual recorder. She helps groups get to the heart of an issue, in a really light and insightful way.
I was a participant in a workshop on urban planning in the ACT that Jacinta facilitated. She was an effective and entertaining facilitator and coordinated the group extremely well, keeping to time and also providing space for more introverted participants to contribute. I would fully recommend her as a facilitator for any public consultation workshops.

Exactly what I experienced in a one on one mentoring session with Jacinta Cubis. Thanks Jacinta for your guidance and wise words.
Our board was buzzing after a weekend online with Jacinta. I didn’t know if online strategic planning would work, but Jacinta proved it can. She made it engaging, fun and productive. We powered through our work, and left energised, not exhausted. I’ve already recommended Jacinta to another Board and highly recommend her to anyone who needs their group to engage and collaborate.
Jacinta brings a unique process to the art of facilitation. Jacinta's 'walkshop' comfortably opens the door to practising how to step into another's viewpoint through observation. I highly recommend her walkshop if you'd like to expand your perspective in the meeting room.
I left Jacinta's facilitography walkshop with heaps of ideas for how to use photography to get qualitative information from communities. Her process opens up a cool way to be visually creative.
The Facilitography Walkshop was not only fun, it made an impact on how I look and see. Jacinta guided us to examine new ways to pay attention and interpret events and objects. I got some great insights that I’m now using in my work as a facilitator and teacher.
Jacinta is doing an incredible thing with her walkshops. Being able to read people is a very precious gift and Jacinta showed us how taking photos can help us facilitate better. Our facilitation and observation skills are an important component in developing successful collaboration in the humanitarian sector. I will use Jacinta’s process to build our capability.
Jacinta offers you so much value. I got so much from both her Facilitography Walkshop and her Spark your Thinking session. Ideas, energy, enthusiasm, perspective and hope. And I love reading her blogs. They land like a little gift in my inbox every week.
I don’t hesitate to refer people to Jacinta when they're looking for a facilitator. Her energy and creativity are brilliant, as is her focus on outcomes. As a mentor, she prods you with just the right questions, gently and with a sense of humour. I particularly appreciate her authenticity and professionalism in designing, delivering and coaching meaningful and FUN engagement experiences.
